I am very disappointed with my experience at Red Ribbon in Virginia, near the beach area. I spent approximately $145 on a large order that included packs of butter mamon, cheese mamon, cheese ensaymada, ube pastries, six empanadas, a Mango Supreme cake, two halo-halo, and two ube milk drinks. When we got home, we ate the Mango Supreme cake, and it was fine. The next day, we opened the pastries and were shocked to find that every package of pastries had mold—the butter mamon, cheese mamon, cheese ensaymada, and ube pastries were all affected. Before purchasing, I specifically told the employee that I had a 1½-hour drive home and asked if that would be okay. He assured me it was, even saying that customers travel much farther, including from North Carolina. The pastries were transported in an air-conditioned car, and once we arrived home, they were kept in our cool, air-conditioned kitchen. I also noticed that only some of the pastry packages had expiration date stickers, showing a date of 7/30. Other products did not have any expiration stickers at all. I even checked the packaging to see whether the pastries were supposed to be refrigerated, but there were no storage instructio

This place brings so much memories from when I was still in the Philippines. I was like a kid in a candy store! From my favorite ube cake to the soft and sweet mamon - everything was perfect for my palate. If I could, I would try every single item they sold 🤭. They also served hot foods like palabok and arroz caldo so we definitely had to try that one too. Just writing this review makes me want to go back there again!😁 The place was clean and spacious and the staff friendly and helpful too.

I had a great experience at Red Ribbon. Issa suggested the ube milk drink, and I’m so glad I tried it—it was delicious. The cakes are always amazing and fresh. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back again.

Typical chain bakery with a lot of prepackaged goods. I tried the ube and caramel buns—both were good and sweet, but I wasn’t a fan of the cheese on top, so a plain version would be better. A decent stop if you want something quick, but not the place for a handmade-style bakery experience.

Came here to get my birthday cake, got WAY more! I got empanadas, a meal of arroz caldo, a meal of pancit, and some very delicious pastries. My family loved everything they had, and I especially love all the Filipino une pastries. Good amount of tables and chairs inside to dine in. The floors were all cleaned as well were the tables and chairs.
